The roof consists of two large walk out balconies to front and rear of building.
In addition, two chimneys with were cladded with brick finishes and large sky light to above flat roof were erected.

We completed all the necessary leadwork to the valleys. The roof was finished with corrugated roof tiles and cappings.

This job involved the erection of a simple pitched roof over a doorway entrance. The roof was cut in and felted and lathed and finished with tiles and cappings. We had to lead flash the roof where it met the existing front elevation to prevent any possible ingress of water.

This job involved the removal of the roof coverings (slates) and battens. The King trusses then needed to be restored along with the rafters and eve details.
All the timber used was pressure treated. The new breathable layer of felt was laid and then re battened.

Also completed on this project was a natural slate façade which wrapped the external walls. The roof was also finished in natural slate.
