Construction of Garden Shed

This job involved the complete construction of a garden shed including the foundations, base, blockwork, roofing and internal and external plastering.

Construction of Roof and Finishes

Address: Shrewsbury Road, Ballsbridge, Co. Dublin

This job involved the construction of a hipped roof on a trapezoid shaped building 18,500 Rosemary tiles and arrows hips lappings and zinc flashings.

The roof consists of two large walk out balconies to front and rear of building.

In addition, two chimneys with were cladded with brick finishes and large sky light to above flat roof were erected.

New Build

Address: Dromade Terrace, Sandymount, Co. Dublin

This job involved the construction of roof with natural slate on one side and fibreglass on the other side. Also large screens consisting of Larch cladding on rear external walls.

Finishings to internal works including all doors and iron mongery, oak flooring, oak stairs and landing.

Work also undertaken on rear garden consisting of a boiler house, bike shed and a barbeque all constructed from external madite plus Larch benches.

Full Extension Build

Address: Hacketstown Rd, Pollerton, Co.Carlow

This job involved the complete build of an extension to a bungalow. We carried out the construction work including the foundation to floor level, blockwork to roof level, roof structure including Velux windows. The roof was tied into the existing roof structure. We completed all the necessary leadwork to the valleys. The roof was finished with corrugated roof tiles and cappings.

Cut Roof Erection

Address: Bennetstown Rd, Co. Kilkenny

This job involved the erection of a cut roof on a two storey house in Kilkenny. The roof structure had dormer windows and velux windows incorporated into its structure.

Fibreglass and lead valleys were also detailed into the roof structure. The roof was then finished with 6,000 natural slates.

Roof Structure on Porch Entrance

Address: St.Fiaccs Terrace, Graiguecullen, Co.Carlow.

This job involved the erection of a simple pitched roof over a doorway entrance. The roof was cut in and felted and lathed and finished with tiles and cappings. We had to lead flash the roof where it met the existing front elevation to prevent any possible ingress of water.

Refurbishment of Roof of Old Building

Address: The Old Mill, Leighlinbridge Rd, Bagnelstown, Co.Carlow

This job involved the removal of the roof coverings (slates) and battens. The King trusses then needed to be restored along with the rafters and eve details.

All the timber used was pressure treated. The new breathable layer of felt was laid and then re battened.

The roof covering involved re-using 16,000 blue bangor slates, which was then capped with the original copings which were bedded in lime mortar

Formwork & Natural Slate

Address: Clyde Lane, Ballsbridge, Co.Dublin

This job involved the complete gutting and demolition of a two storey red brick house. It involved us forming and pouring reinforced concrete beams to support RSJ supporting the floor joists, for all three floors of the new building.

Also completed on this project was a natural slate fa├žade which wrapped the external walls. The roof was also finished in natural slate.
